Our Staff

Karla has been with us for over 3 years. She handles all receptionist duties with Hearing Solutions. This includes answering telephones, making appointments, handling battery orders, checking patients in and so much more. She has two grown children and resides in Moorhead with her husband Jerry.

Dave has been with us for over seven years. He is responsible for overseeing virtually all our office duties. He is a licensed hearing instrument specialist performing all the necessary tasks involved in serving the hard of hearing. He conducts hearing evaluations, fits hearing instruments and provides all the ongoing follow-up services necessary. He is also a certified hearing conservationist. He lives in West Fargo.

Matt is a native of Fargo and attended North Dakota State University for pre-medicine and electronics. He then attended Louisiana State University Medical Center and received a Master of Communication Disorders degree in audiology. He has also received his Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida. Matt operates the only cochlear implant clinic in North Dakota. Matt and his wife reside in Fargo, and are now proud parents of two litle girls.

Dr. Frisk graduated form Moorhead State University, the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, and Ohio State University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology, a Bachelor of Science Degree, and a Medical Doctorate. He is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist with special interest in Otology. Dr. Frisk and his wife have three grown children and reside in Fargo.

Brad is a second generation hearing aid specialist. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from North Dakota State University. He owned and operated the Fargo Hearing Aid Center before merging it with The Hear Center to form Hearing Solutions, Inc. in 2001. He has 40 years of experience dispensing hearing aids. Brad has two grown children and resides in Fargo with his wife.
